We offer natural food products including cold-pressed oils and spices.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our end.

We may cancel or limit quantities in cases such as:

- Suspected fraudulent transactions

- Bulk or resale orders

- Incorrect pricing or stock errors

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹449.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the full amount for your purchase.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as logistics delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order is handed over to the delivery partner, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to you upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for proper storage of products after delivery.

6. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.

Replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

- Damaged product

- Incorrect item delivered

You must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

Approved cases will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

7. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
