What's inside

• South Indian Red Chilli Powder — 250g: Teja chillies from the Guntur and Khammam belts, hand-pounded (“kuta-hua”) for a vibrant natural colour and a clean, sharp heat.
• South Indian Turmeric Powder — 250g: Salem turmeric, prized for its deep colour, strong aroma and high curcumin content.

Turmeric goes in at the tempering, chilli follows — between them they form the base of almost every South Indian dish. Both are prepared in small batches and retain their essential oils, with no artificial colours, no preservatives and no fillers.
